Website Review: LittleApp.in

I am a sucker for good deal.  I am the person who goes to always gets upsold at places. Especially places where they will give you extra fries for that extra 50 rupees or something. The extra weight is complimentary, of course.  So when I found out about this website, I was excited and rubbing my hands together with glee (yes, deals do this to me). So, let’s get started. I tell you what the website is like, what kind of deals and lots more. A complete review. You can find it here: https://littleapp.in/ This is a website where you can get hyperlocal deals so it’ll probably get you a great price from your local subziwala. Okay, I may be pushing it a little bit here but yes, deals at places close to you which is important because I am not going to Andheri West for any deal. Nobody goes to Andheri West unless they are struggling actors, actually. Also, the irony of it being called LittleApp and me doing a website review is not lost …

Website Review: Trivago

If you’ve been watching enough TV, you would have spotted this guy who looks like he really needs a tailor and a shave telling you about how you can great hotel deals. When yu do finally manage to move your eyes away from the desperately-need-to-be-cut-to-length jeans, you discover that he’s talking about a website called Trivago where you can get very good deals on hotels. You think, do I really need this? And this was obviously the question that was haunting me as well. Haunting maybe a rather strong word. I gave it a thought. And since I am headed off to enjoy a staycation next weekend, I decided to give Trivago a whirl. So, let’s do a step by step review, shall we? Website Review When you first come on the website, the place looks like Google. Now because I have been conditioned to have ads, copious amounts of content and slideshows on the landing page, I was a little taken aback with this clean interface. I mean, bombard me with information already. Kidding, …

Website Review: Koovs.com

You know what happens when you have a million things to do and you get really overwhelmed? Yeah, some people will power through and start ticking things off that list. I, on the other hand, will go shopping. I indulge in retail therapy more than is normal, usual or socially acceptable. Since I give 0 f***s about society’s opinions on my shopping or anything else for that matter I headed over to Koovs. Just so you know, this is not a sponsored post. If it was, I would be shopping for much, much more. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about the website. So, the interface is just about okay. Nothing too pretty or fancy. I have gone to Koovs before and liked their clothes so much more than the Jabongs and Myntras of the world. So yeah, also there was a sale and the clothes are going for really low, peeps, I mean, it’s a steal. I got 3 tops for Rs.800 *collects your jaw from floor, attaches it back to …

Nykaa Haul and Website Review

Okay, you can’t exactly call this a haul because I only bought two items but they are expensive okay? Expensive enough for Nykaa to send me a free nail polish and all. I bought this. See picture below. So the thing is, besides Nykaa, I don’t know many websites that stock as many beauty brands and products. Do you know any? I recently tried beautybay.com but their parcel that was dispatched on the 6th of April hasn’t made it to my place yet so, yeah, confidence is nosediving. Majorly. Anyway, let’s get on with the review, shall we? First things first. The interface of Nykaa is extremely average and very, very sales-y. I mean , just look at all these offers. And this is when you just log on to the website.   So, yeah, I don’t like the interface too much. They could definitely use some decluttering of the website. Have things look cleaner, nicer and make the shopping experience more relaxed than having to catch a sale you might miss. They have a …
